RETURNS/EXCHANGES
HHDryGoods does not accept returns or exchanges. Please read all product descriptions thoroughly prior to making your purchase.
WARRANTY/REPAIRS
My work comes with a lifetime guarantee against craftsmanship issues, such as popped stitches, rivets, failed hardware, or zippers *WITH NORMAL USE*. If your bag appears to have been dragged behind a horse, dropped off of a moving vehicle and run over, packed so full it stresses the zipper, etc (not limited to, and up to my discretion), I will evaluate the repairs needed and you will be given a quote for repair. My warranty and repair policy applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Please note that any alterations made to a bag will void this warranty.
Normal wear and tear is excluded from the guarantee and I am unable to repair marks, scuffs, or stains as these are not quality faults. My bags are very durable, but please treat them with care.
Timing on repairs could take up to 4-6 weeks. If your repair is approved, I will cover shipping.
SECONDHAND/RESELL MARKET
I will not make adjustments, tweaks, or design changes to any bags purchased on the secondhand (buy/sell/trade) market or resell market. Even if your bag is new with tags.
LEAD TIME
I am one human, solely producing your handbags with my very own two hands. Made to Order items (not including customs) will be shipped approximately 45 days from date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. I do not have a “rush” policy.
This is clearly listed on each listing. Reading each listing in its entirety is the responsibility of the purchaser.
SHIPPING
HHDryGoods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order leaves my hands, it is in the hands of your shipping carrier. Please refer to your tracking for delivery delays/updates/etc. as it typically always shows you where your order is. In some cases, the shipping carrier may not scan your order appropriately. If your order has not made it to you after two weeks of receiving your tracking email, you can submit a missing mail claim online at USPS.com. At this point, or if your tracing states that your order is missing, please email me and I’ll assist.
GENERAL
Leather is a natural and wild material, and every hide is different. Irregularities in color, texture, blemishes, and scratches not only occur but should be expected as they are a part of the animal that they came from. These are not faults, but rather natural qualities of the hide itself.
As all of my bags are handcrafted, slight variations in details should be expected.
Leather color may vary slightly due to monitor variations.
I, as the sole artist and maker behind my brand, have creative control over every aspect of my bags and will make decisions accordingly.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
